Health and safety

At BNZ, health protection and safety are fundamental to our business strategy. We aim for a zero-incident environment with a “safety first” philosophy, compliant with standards.

In order to guarantee that the health and safety of our workers in the workplace is supervised and not left to chance, we count with a dedicated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality policy which helps to check our key initiatives include strict management of working conditions, comprehensive training in health, safety, and environmental practices, and fostering a preventive culture throughout the organization.

Our safety compliance also extends to contractors and subcontractors through specific health and safety clauses in all contracts. We appoint a safety coordinator for each project to oversee and ensure adherence to safety standards.
